This Uganda Standard specifies a reference method for the determination of the titratable acidity of all types of dried milk. (This standard cancels and replaces US EAS 81-4:2006 Milk powders - Determination of titratable acidity (Reference method) which has been revised and republished). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2015-06-30. THIS STANDARD WAS LAST REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED ON 2022-12-13. THEREFORE THIS VERSION REMAINS CURRENT.
