This Uganda Standard specifies the reference method for the determination of the total solids content of milk, cream and evaporated milk. (This Uganda Standard cancels and replaces US ISO 6731:1989, Milk, cream and evaporated milk - Determination of total solids content (Reference method), which has technically been revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2013-12-17. THIS STANDARD WAS LAST REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED ON 2022-12-13. THEREFORE THIS VERSION REMAINS CURRENT.
