Dried milk and dried milk products - Determination of insolubility index
This Uganda Standard specifies a method of determining the insolubility index, as a means of assessing the solubility, of dried whole milk, dried partly skimmed milk and dried skimmed milk, whether non-instant or instant. (This standard cancels and replaces US EAS 81-6:2006, Milk powders - Determination of solubility index which has been republished). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2015-06-30.
