Evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk - Determination of fat content - Gravimetric method (Reference method)
This Uganda Standard specifies the reference method for the determination of the fat content of all types of evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk (liquid sweetened and unsweetened concentrated milk). (This standard cancels and replaces US ISO 1737:1999 Evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk - Determination of fat content - Gravimetric method (Reference method) which has been revised). THIS STANDARD WAS PUBLISHED ON 2015-06-30. THIS STANDARD WAS LAST REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED ON 2022-12-13. THEREFORE THIS VERSION REMAINS CURRENT.
