This Uganda Standard specifies the hygienic requirements for production, handling, processing, storage, transportation, marketing, distribution and sale of milk and milk products. (This standard cancels and replaces US 163: 2000, Code of hygienic practice for milk and milk products (1st Edition) which has been technically revised). This standard was published on 2019-03-26.
