This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and test for fortified wheat flour prepared from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), club wheat (T. compactum Host.) or a mixture thereof intended for human consumption. (This Uganda Standard cancels and replaces US 561:2006, Fortified wheat flour - Specification which has been technically revised.) This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-12-10.
