This Uganda Standard specifies requirements for the production of packaged meat products processed in an established meat processing factory. (This standard cancels and replaces US 737:2007, Requirements for hygiene in the production of packaged meat products (processed or manufactured) (1st Edition), which has been technically revised). This standard was published on 2019-3-26.
