Hygienic requirements for butcheries
This Uganda Standard specifies hygienic requirements that apply to butcheries as minimum standards required of them to satisfy the consumers need for safe, healthy and hygienic meat and meat products. (This standard cancels and replaces US 736:2007, Hygienic requirements for butcheries (1st Edition) that has been technically revised). This standard was published on 2019-3-26.
