Design and operation of abattoirs and slaughterhouses Requirements
This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements applying to domestic animals commonly slaughtered in slaughterhouses, that is, cattle, buffalo, sheep, goats, deer, horses, pigs, ratites, camelids and poultry. (This standard cancels and replaces US 734:2007, Requirements for the design and operation of abattoirs and slaughterhouses (1st Edition), that has been technically revised). This standard was published on 2019-3-26.
