This Uganda Standard specifies requirements for a grading system of whole cattle carcasses that are fit for human consumption at the abattoir. It applies to all categories of cattle. (This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition, US 922:2011, Meat grading system - Requirements - Part 1: Beef, which has been technically revised).
