Fruit juices, puree, pulp and nectars - Specification (2nd Edition)
This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fruit juices, puree, pulp and nectars intended for direct human consumption or for further processing. This standard also applies to the following fruit juices: a) concentrated fruit puree; b) concentrated fruit juices; c) fruit juice from concentrate; d) water extracted fruit juice; e) dehydrated fruit juice; and f) fruit juice powder. (This second edition shall cancel and replace the first edition, US EAS 948:2019, Fruits juices and nectars ? Specification , which has been technically revised) upon publication of a Legal Notice.
