This Uganda Standard specifies requirements and methods of sampling and test for dried vegetables and herbs which have been suitably treated and which are offered for direct consumption or use in the food industry. This standard does not apply to vegetables and herbs for which specific standards have been declared. This standard was published on 2011-12-20.
