This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements, sampling, and test methods for cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao Linnaeus) intended for human consumption. (This standard cancels and replaces US ISO 2451:1973, Cocoa beans -Specification, which is hereby withdrawn). This standard was published on 2021-12-14.
