Dried fruits and vegetables -Code of practice for production, handling and processing
This Uganda Standard applies to fruits and vegetables that have been dried by natural or artificial means or a combination of both. This code does not apply to fruits commonly known as ""dehydrated fruits"" with moisture content not exceeding 5 %. (This standard cancels and replaces US 640:2006, Code of Practice for the production, handling and processing of solar dried fruits and US 570:2006, Code of practice for the production, handling and processing of solar dried fruits, which are hereby withdrawn). This standard was published on 2021-12-14.
