This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for minced meat intended for use as food or as an ingredient in foods. (This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition, US 931:2012, Minced meat- Specification, which has been technically revised). This standard was published on 2019-12-10.
