General standard for food additives
This Uganda Standard specifies the guidelines for the use of food additives and lists the food additives that have been assigned Acceptable Daily Intakes (ADIs) or determined, based on other criteria to be safe and suitable for use in specific food products or food product categories. This standard is an adoption of the latest revision of CODEX STAN 192-1995. (This Uganda Standard cancels and replaces US 45:2015, General standard for food additives (5th Edition) which has been technically revised). This standard was published on 2019-03-26.
