This Uganda Standard applies to quick frozen broccoli of the species Brassica oleracea L. var. italica Plenck (Sprouting broccoli) offered for direct consumption without further processing, except for re-packing, if required. It does not apply to the product when indicated as intended for further processing or for other industrial purposes. This standard was PUBLISHED on 2014-07-31.
