Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements for cork floor coverings made from agglomerated composition cork supplied in tile form which are designed to be used with a factory finish and/or an in situ finish. Cork floor coverings can be covered with other complementary layers of decorative materials, e.g. decorative cork or wood veneers, with or without applied colours. This standard includes a classification system based on intensity of use which shows where cork floor tiles should give satisfactory service. It also specifies requirements for marking, labelling and packing. THIS STANDARD WAS PUBLISHED ON 2014-07-31. THIS STANDARD WAS LAST REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED ON 2019-12-10.
