Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for processed cereal-based foods intended for feeding older infants and young children as a complementary food and as part of diversified diet. This standard does not apply to fortified composite flour, composite flour, cassava wheat composite flour and supplementary foods for the management of moderate acute malnutrition.
