This Uganda Standard describes the responsibilities of the parties involved in the maintenance of the Data Field Dictionary (DD) and the Catalogue of Messages (CM). There is a Registration Authority (RA) which is the operating authority responsible for maintaining the Data Field Dictionary and the Catalogue of Messages, and a Registration Management Group (RMG). The RMG is the governing body of the RA, and monitors its performance. This standard was published on 24 May 2023.
