Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling, and test methods for ceramic/pottery handicrafts such as: tableware, domestic containers, cooking/firing ceramics, toys and games, ceramic furniture, lighting ceramics, garden ceramics, ceramics sculpture, and gallery ceramics/interior decoration. This standard is not applicable to other ceramic products which have standards specific to them including but not limited to jewelry, bricks, tiles, and cooking stoves.
