Abstract

This Uganda Standard gives guidelines for engaging people in an organization`s quality management system and on enhancing their involvement and competence within it. This document is applicable to any organization, regardless of its size, type or activity. (This standard cancels and replaces the first edition, US ISO 10018:2012 Quality management- Guidance for people engagement, which has been technically revised). This standard was published on 15 June 2021.
