This Final Draft standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods of spun (single and doubled) grey cotton yarn for use in knitting (hosiery). This standard does not cover yarn produced from blends of cotton with man-made fibres or any other fibre. (This standard cancels and replaces US ISO 10290: 1993, Textiles- Cotton yarns- Specification, which is hereby withdrawn). This standard was published on 2021-03-02.
