This Uganda Standard specifies a method for the determination of the total polyphenol content of leaf teas and instant teas by a colorimetric assay using Folin-Ciocalteu phenol reagent. It is applicable to both green and black tea products. THIS STANDARD WAS PUBLISHED ON 2019-12-10.
