This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fortified wheat flour prepared from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), club wheat (T. compactum Host.) or a mixture thereof intended for human consumption. (This standard cancels and replaces the first edition US EAS 767:2012, Fortified wheat flour Specification, which has been technically revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-12-10.
