This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for dried ginger, of the species Zingiber officinale Roscoe, whole, in pieces and ground. (This standard cancels and replaces US ISO 1003:2008, Spices Ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) Specification, which has been withdrawn. This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-12-10.
