This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling, and test methods for curry powder, which is used as a flavoring material in the preparation of food. (This standard cancels and replaces the first edition US EAS 98:1999, Curry powder Specification, which has been technically revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-12-10.

This Standard was withdrawn and replaced by :
