This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for wheat flour prepared from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) or club wheat (Triticum compactum Host), or their mixtures intended for human consumption. (This standard cancels and replaces the third edition US EAS 1:2017, Wheat flour Specification, which has been technically revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-12-10.
