Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies requirements for whole or ground (powdered) cinnamon, of the Sri Lankan, Madagascan and Seychelles types obtained from the bark of the tree or shrub Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume. (This Uganda Standard cancels and replaces US ISO 6539:1997, Cinnamon, Sri Lankan type, Seychelles type and Madagascan type (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume) - Specification which has been technically revised).
