Abstract

This Uganda Standard provides guidance on the sampling of ground waters. It informs the user of the necessary considerations when planning and undertaking groundwater sampling to survey the quality of groundwater supply, to detect and assess groundwater contamination and to assist in groundwater resource management, protection and remediation. (This standard cancels and replaces US ISO 5667_11:1993, Water quality Sampling Part 11: Guidance on sampling of ground waters, which has been technically revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-3-26.
