Meat grading system - Requirements - Part 1: Beef


Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies requirements for a system for grading of whole carcasses of cattle which are fit for human consumption at the abattoir. It applies to all categories of cattle. The veterinary and food safety requirements which are expected to be conformed to and are covered in other standards have not been reproduced in this standard. This standard was published on 2011-12-20.
