This Uganda Standard provides general guidelines for the prevention and reduction of mycotoxin contamination in cereals by application of recommended practices based on good agricultural practices and good manufacturing practices. (This standard cancels and replaces US CODEX/RCP 51:2003, Code of practice for the prevention and reduction of mycotoxin contamination in cereals, including annexes on Ochratoxin A, Zearalonon, Fumonisins and Trichothenes which has been technically revised) This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-3-26.
