This Uganda Standard specifies requirements and methods of sampling and test for cassava flour, which is obtained from the processing of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) intended for human consumption. (This Uganda Standard is an adoption of the East African Standard, EAS 740:2010 and it cancels and replaces US 347:2007, Cassava flour - Specification). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2011-12-20.
