Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and test for edible groundnut oil derived from seeds of Arachis hypogaea L. (groundnuts, peanuts). The standard does not apply to groundnut oil intended for further processing in order to render it suitable for human consumption. (This Uganda Standard cancels and replaces US 172:2000, Standard specifications for edible groundnut oil, which has been technically revised) This standard was PUBLISHED on 2013-12-17.
