Animal and vegetable fats and oils - Gas chromatography of fatty acid methyl esters - Part 4: Determination by capillary gas chromatography
This Uganda Standard specifies a method for the determination of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) derived by trans esterification or esterification from fats, oils, and fatty acids by capillary gas chromatography (GLC). This method is not suitable for the analysis of dairy, ruminant fats and oils, or products supplemented with conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2016-06-28.
