This Uganda Standard specifies a method using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of vitamin A in dried skimmed milk containing at least 10 IU (International Units) of vitamin A per gram. This standard was PUBLISHED on 2015-06-30. THIS STANDARD WAS LAST REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED ON 2022-12-13. THEREFORE THIS VERSION REMAINS CURRENT.
