Food and feed products - General guidelines for the determination of nitrogen by the Kjeldahl method
This Uganda Standard provides general guidelines for the determination of nitrogen by the Kjeldahl method. It applies to food and feed products containing nitrogenous compounds that can be directly determined by the Kjeldahl method. (This standard cancels and replaces US 343:2001/ISO 1871:1975, Agricultural food products - General directions for the determination of nitrogen by the Kjeldahl method, which has been renumbered and revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2014-10-15. THIS STANDARD WAS LAST REVIEWED AND CONFIRMED ON 2022-12-13. THEREFORE THIS VERSION REMAINS CURRENT.
