Oilseeds - Determination of acidity of oils
This Uganda Standard specifies a method for the determination of the acidity of oils in oilseeds. The acidity is expressed by preference, as an acid value or alternatively as conventionally calculated acidity. This standard was PUBLISHED on 2012-12-18.
