Abstract

This Uganda Standard provides guidelines for the design of sampling programmes, techniques and the handling and preservation of samples of water, from natural and man_made lakes during open_water and ice_covered conditions. It is applicable to lakes with and without aquatic vegetation. (This standard cancels and replaces US ISO 5667_4:1987, Water quality Sampling Part 4: Guidance on sampling from lakes, natural and man_made, which has been technically revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-3-26.
