Vegetable sauce- Specification
This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for commercially produced vegetable sauce for direct human consumption, including for catering purposes or for repackaging if required. This standard does not apply to tomato and chilli sauces for which other standards apply. This standard was published on 15 June 2021.
